A Rotatividade em Supermercados na Perspectiva dos Funcionários

Abstract: RESUMOO setor supermercadista demonstra importância para a economia e para o desenvolvimento de diversas regiões brasileiras. Neste contexto, o trabalho tem como objetivo analisar as principais causas da rotatividade em uma rede de supermercados localizado da região Oeste de Santa Catarina no ponto de vista dos funcionários.
