A Sensing Framework for Indoor Spatial Awareness for Blind and Visually Impaired Users

Abstract: In this paper, we present Bluetooth low energy (BLE)-based sensing framework that provides real time spatial awareness for blind and visually impaired (BVI) users while navigating independently through large public venues.
