Abstract: Background: Phosphate Excretion Declines With Renal Failure. PTH And FGF23 Diminish Glomerular Phosphorus Filtration, Which Decreases Tubular Reabsorption. Protein And Phosphorus Are Linked. Proteinuria Who Eat A Low- Protein Diet Reduce The Progression Of Renal Disease And Improve Their Survival.
