A single-chip C<sup>2</sup>MOS A/D converter for microprocessor systems

Abstract: THE RAPID ADVANCEMENT of the microprocessor in the field of analog data acquisition systems has increased the demand for low-cost high-performance microprocessor-compatible A/D converters.
