A spectacular case of penetrating craniocerebral trauma from a rake

Abstract: We present a case of a 30-years-old man who was victim of aggression with a rake blow to the head. The surgery was delicate since two of the rake’s teeth plunged into the superior sagittal sinus. Postoperatively, the patient was discharged with only a right upper limb monoparesia.
