Effective utilization of human capital is essential for business growth, and organizations must promote research and innovation in their processes to add value to their services. By working together, we can aspire to achieve the goal set out in the ninth Sustainable Development Goal: Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure. The following study determined the impact of intrapreneurship on the organizational culture of members of the public transportation association in the district of Trujillo, Peru. Applied research with a quantitative approach and correlational scope was conducted, encompassing all affiliated transporters of the company. Initially, levels were identified by variable and dimensions using reliable and valid questionnaires. Subsequently, the correlation was evaluated using Somers' d, revealing that intrapreneurship and its dimensions positively influence organizational culture. It was concluded that intrapreneurship significantly impacts the organizational culture of the members of the studied public transportation association.
