Abstract: Background: Colorectal cancer is one of the most common cancers. Factors affecting survival include nodal positivity, lymphovascular invasion (LVI) and lymphangiogenesis (role in metastasis). Most endothelial markers stain lymphatics and blood vessels without discrimination.
