A Study of Development and Formation of Personal Information Trust Service in Japan

Abstract: This paper examines a Personal Information Trust Service as a conceptual model of a Personal Data Service to unlock personal data from collection to use without privacy invasion. Personal Data Service is a service to let an individual store, manage, and deploy their key personal data in a highly secure and structured way.
