The objective of this research is to publicize the cause of job turnover in generation Z and to prop o se a solution that will reduce their intention of resign. This work was based on various analyses in order to obtain frustrations, potential opportunities and insights around the experience and, in this way, to find the reasons that drive them to change company. Several design-based methods were used to develop this research, since this stud y to o k the user experience (UX) as its starting point by fo cusing on the user and analyzing the dynamics of the environment. The results indicate that Generation Z does not develop an identity bond with the companies where they work beca use they do not use measures or tools that contribute to their process of insertion and adaptation to work.
