A Study of the Relationships Between Daily Life Stress, Self-efficacy and University Student Life Adjustment

Abstract: According to the results, self-efficacy is a useful concept in helping overall university life adjustment. Therefore, university student consultation office or nurse should consider the program based on self efficacy in order to help university students to better adapt to university life.
