Abstract: Background: Metabolic syndrome is a disorder that increases the risk of cardiovascular disease and diabetes. “…Since employees in different professions spend approximately one-third of their time at the workplace and have at least one meal at work, their dietary intake and eating habits in the workplace are considered as two major factors leading to the incidence of obesity and illnesses, such as fatty liver.
