A Study on the Correlations among Elder Volunteers’ Participation Motivation, Happiness, and Intention of Continuous Participation

Abstract: Elder retirement volunteers, as the major manpower source of various organizations, not only present rich experiences and abundant working hours, maintain traditional rules, and cherish service opportunities, but also enjoy playing altruistic roles.
