Abstract: ABSTRACT. During gated intensity-modulated radiotherapy (IMRT) treatment for patients with inoperable non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), the end-expiration (EE) phase of respiratory is more stable, whereas end-inspiration (EI) spares more normal lung tissue.
