A Study Related to Evaluate the Interaction Between Supply and Demand Within Informal Gastronomy Education

Abstract: ÖZ: Eğitim kurumlarının temel işlevlerinden birisi olarak nitelikli işgücü yetiştirme olduğu kabul edilmektedir. Bu çerçevede nitelikli işgören yetiştirme olgusunun, örgün eğitim kurumlarının etkinliği ile doğru orantılı olduğu varsayılmaktadır.
