A systems toxicology paracetamol overdose framework: accounting for high-risk individuals

Abstract: The most commonly prescribed painkiller worldwide, paracetamol (acetaminophen, APAP) is also the predominant cause of acute liver failure (ALF), and therefore paracetamol-induced liver toxicity remains an important clinical problem.
