A Topology Preserving Gridding Method for Vector Features in Discrete Global Grid Systems

Abstract: Topological distortion seriously affects spatial cognition. To solve this problem caused by the integration of vector features in discrete global grid systems (DGGs), a topology-preserving gridding method for vector features is proposed.
