A Traceless Vascular‐Targeting Antibody–Drug Conjugate for Cancer Therapy

Abstract: Genau ins Ziel: Ein neues, chemisch definiertes, vaskulär wirksames Antikörper‐Wirkstoff‐Konjugat (ADC) bietet eine umfassende Tumorabdeckung. Bei intravenöser Injektion inhibierte dieses ADC effizient das Tumorwachstum in einem gen‐identischen immunkompetenten murinen Krebs, der mit konventionellen zytotoxischen Mitteln nicht geheilt werden kann.
