Since then, much work has been carried out on MA with different unit cell [3][4][5][6][7][8][9], such as trapezoidal array [3], cross ring resonator [4], rotational symmetry resonator [5], crossed-shaped resonator [6] and strip resonator [7] to generate single band, two band, three band, multi-band, or broadband perfect absorption [6][7][8][9].
