Abstract:We report a case of a 55-year-old woman with previous coronary artery bypass grafting. She presented with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction secondary to occlusion of the proximal left subclavian artery causing reduced flow in the left internal mammary artery to left anterior descending artery graft.
