Abstract:Megalencephalic leukoencephalopathy (MLC) with subcortical cysts is a very rare white matter disorder characterized predominantly by motor developmental delay and seizures in a child with macrocephaly. Extrapyramidal symptoms, ataxia and mental retardation may also occur.
