Abstract:Glioblastoma (GBM) is the most aggressive intracranial malignance with poor prognosis, which is attributed to the extreme invasiveness of the tumor. Enhanced angiogenesis is one of the essential hallmarks of GBM, which demonstrates extensive microvascular proliferation and abnormal vasculature.
