Absolute Quantifizierung nicht‐kodierender RNA‐Spezies mittels Mikroskala‐Thermophorese

Abstract: Die genaue Quantifizierung nicht-kodierender RNA-Spezies hat sich in jüngerer Zeit als dringendes Problem herauskristallisiert, das unter anderem Anwendung in der RNA-Modifikationsanalytik, der Untersuchung von Gewebedifferenzierung und vielen anderen Bereichen findet.
