Acanthosis nigricans and diabetes mellitus in a patient with Klinefelter's syndrome: a reaction to methyltestosterone

Abstract: Summary A patient with Klinefelter's syndrome, who developed acanthosis nigricans, diabetes mellitus and insulin resistance, is reported. The onset of these abnormalities occurred during therapy with methyltestosterone and we believe that this drug may have been responsible.
