Acceso de las mujeres a los puestos directivos en empresas latinoamericanas: Caso Argentino

Abstract: En el presente trabajo se llevó a cabo un análisis de las empresas en América Latina en relación al acceso de las mujeres a puestos directivos y su relación con el tamaño de las empresas, para lo que se realizaron pruebas Chi-2 de Pearson.
