Accounting in der Arbeitsverwaltung: Vermittlungsfachkräfte zwischen Steuerungsimperativen und autonomem Vermittlungshandeln

Abstract: Die seit Mitte der 1990er Jahre andauernden Umstrukturierungen der Bundesagentur für Arbeit haben den Vermittlungsprozess im SGB III und damit den Arbeitsalltag von Vermittlungsfachkräften tiefgreifend verändert.
