Abstract:Tuberculosis (TB) remains a significant health problem globally, both in developed and developing countries. Riskesdas 2013 states that the prevalence of TB based on the diagnosis is 0.4% of the population, with an average per 100,000 inhabitants. There were 400 people diagnosed with pulmonary tuberculosis by health workers. Following the criteria issued by the Ministry of Health and WHO, diagnosing TB is by sputum smear examination, not only chest X-ray examination.
