Accurate determination of meat mass fractions using DNA measurements for quantifying meat adulteration by digital PCR

Abstract: The alarming problem of meat adulteration emphasises the demand for accessible analytical approaches for food regulatory agencies to detect and, specially, to measure altered meat fractions.
