Abstract:| Objective: Fractures in the facerequire approaches with predictable esthetic results, seeking access to minimize scars and to lower complication rates. Among the extraoral access to approach the infraorbital margin there are cutaneous accesses (subciliary, subtarsal and infraorbital) and Transconjunctival with some variations.
