“…Methods: The study had 2 components, namely, a retrospective chart review and an administration of a patient satisfaction survey. 5,9,10,14,22,23 Adopting the concept of providing plastic surgery residents the educational opportunity of performing aesthetic surgery procedures under supervision of a board-certified plastic surgeon, while offering these services at a reduced fee, our department has been offering these services since 2003. Parameters of interest included age, sex, procedure performed, number of procedures, revenue (in €), length of follow-up, revision rate, and postoperative complication rate.…”
