“…It shows that BKNT15 lms obtain the outstanding ferroelectric properties, which is superior to those reported bulk materials or other similar perovskite systems. [23][24][25] Thus excellent ferroelectric properties of BKNT15 lms are attributed to the well-dened domain structure and domain switching. To be specic, the excellent ferroelectricity in BKNT15 lms are related to the domain wall density and the internal stress derived from the combined effects of K and Na ions, decreased oxygen vacancies and the formation of a dense surface microstructure.…”

“…When increasing the ST-seed from 2 mol.% to 10 mol.% the peaks showed the formation of a pure perovskite phase. This was due to the SrTiO 3 nano-crystals acting as a nucleus to induce the NKLN phase formation by decreasing the energetic barrier [10][11].The results showed the mixed tetragonal and orthorhombic phase structure, observed as peaks (001), (100) and (002), (200) respectively. At 2 mol.% to 8 mol.% of SrTiO 3 nano-crystals, the results showed the tetragonal phase rather than the orthorhombic phase structure, which can be observed by the (100) and (200) peaks have more intensity than the (001) and (002) peaks [7].When SrTiO 3 nano-crystals increased to 10 mol.%, the XRD showed more of a orthorhombic structure [12]. The dielectric constant dependence on temperature with different frequenciesfor the NKLN ceramics prepared by the seed-induced method areshown in Fig.…”
