“…When increasing the ST-seed from 2 mol.% to 10 mol.% the peaks showed the formation of a pure perovskite phase.This was due to the SrTiO 3 nano-crystals acting as a nucleus to induce the NKLN phase formation by decreasing the energetic barrier [10][11].The results showed the mixed tetragonal and orthorhombic phase structure, observed as peaks (001), (100) and (002), (200) respectively.
