Activity of the European Court of Human Rights and Its Impact on Ukraine's Criminal Justice Policy

Abstract: The relevance of the study is due to the fact that one of the main directions of Ukraine's domestic policy is ensuring the rights and freedoms of citizens through national and international mechanisms for their protection.
