Adaptive Clustering‐Based Marine Radar Sea Clutter Normalization

Abstract: Radar sea clutters are echoes reflected from a patch of ocean surface, which may significantly interfere with the signals from targets, and seriously degrade the performance of marine radar remote sensing.
