Adaptive impulsive synchronization of uncertain delayed chaotic system with full unknown parameters via discrete‐time drive signals

Abstract: This article investigates the adaptive impulsive synchronization of delayed chaotic system with full unknown parameters. Aiming at this problem, we propose a new adaptive strategy, in which both the adaptive-impulsive controller and the parameters adaptive laws are designed via the discrete-time signals from the drive system. The corresponding theoretical proof is given to guarantee the effectiveness of the proposed strategy. Moreover, the concrete adaptive strategies are achieved for delayed Hopfield neural n… Show more

“…Various synchronization methods have been put forward in the literature, including linear and nonlinear feedback, impulse control, and adaptive control. Among these synchronization schemes, adaptive control seems to be the most interesting due to its robustness and simple implementation [57,58]. Here, we employ the adaptive control method to achieve chaotic synchronization of two identical systems with unknown parameters.…”

“…In an augment system, the adaption terms are linearly relying on the errors in variables but vanish once the synchronization is achieved. Although this combination scheme is very analytical and has been extended extensively, [33,[44][45][46][47][48][49] the feedback strength is never considered to be updated with an adaptive law. This is because both the transient and the final feedback strengths at every impulsive constant are not sure of falling into the admissible region.…”
