Adaptive Leadership, Organisational Resilience and the Mediating Effect of Change Management Amid Egyptian Academia Crises

Abstract: This study aims to investigate the impact of adaptive leadership practices on organisational resilience within Egyptian academia amid the change management crisis, using the ADKAR change model.
