Adaptive reactions of the cardiovascular system in women of different somatotypes under the influence of classes of health-improving swimming

Abstract: It is known that representatives of different somatotypes have different training effects. The cardiovascular system is a limiting factor in the body's ability to exhibit aerobic and anaerobic lactatic productivity.
