Adequação estratégica de projetos: o caso da Eletronuclear

Abstract: Na literatura menciona-se perda significativa de recursos devido à implementação de projetos que não contribuem para os objetivos principais da empresa, por, geralmente, não terem uma conexão clara com sua estratégia.
