Adequacy of hemodialysis in Nepalese patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis

Abstract: INTRODUCTION:Inadequate dialysis accounts for the high mortality in patients with end stage renal disease (ESRD). In Nepal, due to various factors including financial and logistic limitations, hemodialysis is mostly performed twice-a-week.
