Adesione Additives for the Production of Asphalt Concrete with the Use of Waste in Building Ceramics

Abstract: The possibility of using industrial waste is theoretically justified porcelain stoneware as an asphalt concrete filler. The influence of adhesive additives for bitumen bond BND (oil road bitumen) 60/90 with porcelain stoneware of various fractional composition has been established.

“…Ceramic granite chemical composition is characterized by constancy and contains, % by weight: SiO 2 -70,18; TiО 2 -0,39, Al 2 O 3 -14,47, FeO-1,78, Fe 2 O 3 -1,57, MnO-0,12, MgO-0,88, CaO-1,99, Na 2 O-3,48, K 2 O-4,11, P 2 O 5 -0,19). The high content of SiO 2 , in accordance with the classification of natural mineral raw materials, classifies it as an acidic group and requires the studies on its use in asphalt concrete mixtures [15][16][17][18][19]. The properties of natural granite crushed aggregate and ceramic granite are shown in Table 1.…”
