Adjustment of young women with breast cancer after chemotherapy: A mediation model of emotional competence via emotional distress

Abstract: Objective Emotional competence (EC) is considered a substantial resource in the adjustment of cancer patients, especially via its effect on anxiety and depression symptoms.
