Adsorption of hexamethyl pararosaniline chloride dye on MgO‐PbFe2O4: Experimental study and statistical physics modeling via double‐layer model

Abstract: MgO doped PbFe2O4 (MgO‐PbFe2O4) is synthesized by co‐precipitation followed by ultrasonication method. The study was carried out for the effective adsorption of hexamethyl pararosaniline chloride dye (HPCD) on MgO‐PbFe2O4 from the industrial effluent. The experimental and theoretical physical models are used to explain the mechanism of the dye adsorption process.
