Abstract: Hodgkin's lymphoma (HL) is a unique B-cell lymphoproliferative malignancy that has a critical pathogenesis characterized by a sparse population of Hodgkin and Reed-Sternberg cells surrounded by numerous dysfunctional immune cells.
