The aim of this study is to analyze the job satisfaction level of Koran teachers. The relationships between the job satisfaction level of Koran teachers and some demographic status (gender, age and educational level) were examined. For this purpose, the Koran teachers on the sample of 243 questionnaires were selected. Statistical operations on the data obtained were analyzed via SPSS program. At the conclusion of the study, it was found that gender is the ineffective factor; educational level and age are the effective factors for job satisfaction of Koran teachers.

This work was carried out to evaluate the job satisfaction of employees of the Polytechnic Institute of Oporto (PIP) and its impact on the perception of health -related quality of life. In more specific terms, this study aims to assess the influence of sociodemographic characteristics on these variables.To meet these objectives a methodological approach of observational analytic cross was used. A sample of 158 employees from all organizational units of the PIP participated in this study. The Warr-Cook questionnaires to assess the degree of job satisfaction, and the MOS SF-36 to assess the perception of quality of life related to health, were filled in a single moment.The results indicate that: (1) the degree of job satisfaction of employees of the PIP is not influenced by the variables organic unity, gender, seniority and academic qualifications, (2) women have lower levels of overall mental health in relation to men, (3) RESUMENEste trabajo se llevó a cabo para evaluar la satisfacción laboral de los empleados del Instituto Politécnico de Porto (IPP) y su impacto en la percepción de la calidad de vida relacionada con la salud. En términos más específicos, se buscó evaluar la influencia de las características sociodemográficas en estas variables.Para cumplir estos objetivos se utilizó un enfoque metodológico de tipo observacional analítico. Una muestra de 158 empleados de todas las unidades organizativas del IPP. Se hice una encuesta por cuestionario, usando el instrumento de Warr -Cook para evaluar el grado de satisfacción en el trabajo , y el MOS SF-36 para evaluar la percepción de la calidad de vida relacionada con la salud , se completaron en un solo momento.Los resultados indican que : ( 1 ) el grado de satisfacción laboral de los empleados del IPP no está influenciada por variables de unidad orgánica, de género, de antigüedad y calificaciones académicas, ( 2 ) las colaboradoras de IPP tienen niveles más bajos de la salud mental en general en relación con individuos del género masculino, ( 3 ) los profesores tienen valores más bajos de la transición de salud general y la salud que el personal no docente, ( 4 ) los empleados con antigüedad entre 21 y 25 años tienen peores valores en las dimensiones de dolor, rendimiento físico y salud física en general, ( 5 ) la satisfacción laboral influyó significativamente en la mayoría de las dimensiones de la percepción de la calidad de vida relacionada con la salud, la presentación de los valores de correlación moderada en las dimensiones dolor físico, función social , rol emocional y salud mental de la salud mental en general .Es posible concluir que las variables sociodemográficas de los empleados del IPP no influyen en el grado de satisfacción en el trabajo, y la percepción de calidad de vida relacionada con la salud está influenciada por estas variables de género, de antigüedad y función.Satisfacción en el trabajo influye fuertemente en la percepción del dolor y las dimensiones mentales.
