Age maculodystrophia: the hypothesis of etiopathogenesis

Abstract: Age-related macular dystrophy (AMD) is one of the main causes of vision loss in old age. The etiopathogenesis of AMD has not been fully elucidated, therefore there is no radical treatment of AMD.
