Ahp-Gri̇ İli̇şki̇sel Anali̇z Ve Ahp-Waspas Yöntemleri̇ İle Online Satiş Yapan Seyahat Acentalarinin Değerlendi̇ri̇lmesi̇

Abstract: Günümüzde elektronik ticaretin artmasıyla birlikte, tüketicilerin çoğu otel, tur, ulaşım vb. satın alma işlemlerini gerçekleştirmek için seyahat acentalarının web sitelerini tercih etmektedir. Bu bağlamda çalışmamızda, en iyi seyahat acentası seçimi amacıyla, çok kriterli karar verme yöntemlerinden Analitik Hiyerarşi Prosesi (AHP), Gri İlişkisel Analiz (GİA) ve WASPAS yöntemleri kullanılmıştır.
