Abstract:Parepat/pidada putih (Sonneratia alba) is a type of mangrove plant that is used by the traditional tribe for natural medicine. This study uses leaves and stem bark extracted with ethanol. Antibacterial assay uses Ralstonia Solanaceaerum and Streptococcus sobrinus by diffusion agar method. The concentrations used were 5000ppm, 10000ppm, 20000ppm with positive control (Chloramphenicol), and negative control (Ethanol 40%).
