Abstract: Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) ergänzt auch in der Verfahrenstechnik und speziell in der Rührtechnik zunehmend experimentelle Untersuchungen und klassische Auslegungsregeln beim gezielten Design und der Optimierung von Apparaten.
