Abstract: Di Desa Kiyab Jaya Kecamatan Bandar Sikijang Kabupaten Pelalawan, banyak terdapat pelaku usaha rumahan yang mengolah makanan kering berbasis ikan. Kegiatan pengolahan makanan tersebut adalah kerupuk opak, ikan salai dan ikan asin, di mana dalam pengolahan produk tersebut membutuhkan proses pengeringan.
