Abstract: Alleinerziehend sind nach wie vor hauptsächlich die Mütter, die - zumindest im Kontext des Rechts - als auf die Geldzahlungen der Kindesväter Wartende konstruiert werden. Wie genau denkt das Recht also diese Form der Mutterschaft und welches Familienbild liegt hier zugrunde?
