Abstract: ZusammenfassungIn gegenwärtigen europäischen Verhältnissen wird Migration, und insbesondere Fluchtmigration, diskursiv in erster Linie als Sicherheitsbedrohung dargestellt. Erwachsenbildung -vor allem staatlich subventionierte -befindet sich in einem Dilemma. Einerseits ist es ihre bildungspolitische Aufgabe, allen Erwachsenen einen Bildungsort anzubieten, an dem sie sich gemäß ihren Interessen, Fähigkeiten und Bedarfen weiterentwickeln können.
