Altered Immune Phenotype in Peripheral Blood Cells of Patients with Scleroderma‐Associated Pulmonary Hypertension

Abstract: Pulmonary arterial hypertension is a common and fatal complication of scleroderma that may involve infl ammatory and autoimmune mechanisms. Alterations in the gene expression of peripheral blood mononuclear cells have been previously described in patients with pulmonary arterial hypertension.
